Website Privacy Notice

Who we are

This notice covers orbital-gate.com, the home of Orbital Gate, run by Epyphite Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202011664K), trading as Epiphyte Corp, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914.

What we collect

• What you type into the early-access form: your name, work email, organisation, country, the role you choose, your interest and timeline, what you would like to do, any message, and whether you agree to be contacted.
• With each form you send: the page you sent it from, the campaign tags in the link that brought you (such as utm_source, or an ad click ID), your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time.
• This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and give you what you asked for, such as the station figures or viewer access.
• To contact you about Orbital Gate, if you ticked the box that allows it.
• To stop abuse of the form, by limiting how many each IP address can send.

Who handles it for us

• Microsoft Azure hosts the server that stores form submissions, in Singapore.
• Cloudflare delivers this website and passes form submissions to that server.
• Resend sends the email that tells our team about a new submission; Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace receive it.

Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore.
